Basic Skills Literacy Entry Levels 1, 2 and 3

Real Talk Literacy is a complete, interactive and fun course.

Real Talk Literacy meets the current Underpinning Knowledge standards for the relevant QCA levels, and conforms to Entry Level 1 of the Adult Core Curriculum for Basic Skills. This course has also been designed and developed to map to the Train 2 Gain guidelines.

There are 10 modules in this course, each covering a different real-life scenario, allowing students to learn English by using real life situations. The course teaches students by using real life dialogue, discussions, negotiations and conversations. It includes listening tasks, text display options, speaking and conversation exercises. Each course includes the following different methods of learning:

– Dialogue and Questions
– Speaking Practice
– Further Speaking Practice
– Reading & Writing Activites

The course also has the facility for students to view a statistics summary, giving an idea of how they are progressing through the course. In addition, the course has in-built testing, to test student’s knowledge as they progress through the course.

This Real Talk Literacy course follows the Adult Core Curriculum and, upon completion, an official certificate will be issued to the successful student by North Warwickshire and Hinckley College.

This product is certified by an awarding body and the certificate is sent out to the student via Customer Services upon successful completion.

6. Ordering from a Catalogue
7. Opening a Bank Account
8. Visiting the Doctor’s Surgery
9. Parents Evening
10. Booking a Restaurant
After completing this course, students should be able to:

Real Talk Literacy enables student’s to learn English using real life conversations and situations.

The course conforms to the corresponding entry levels of the Adult Core Curriculum for Basic Skills.
